Simplified waste collection with dedicated body and accessories

The ATX4 electric vehicle can be equipped with a waste body available in three different capacities – 3.5 m³, 2.8 m³, 2.2 m³ – made of anti-corrosion aluminum. The body can tilt up to 90°, allowing direct unloading of waste into compactors quickly and efficiently. To make operations even more practical, the vehicle has a side door that facilitates loading of bags from bins or small garbage bags, without lifting heavy loads or making awkward movements. Additionally, on request, an optional bin lift system can be installed, compatible with 120, 240 or 360 liter containers, ideal to further simplify collection activities. All Alkè vehicles can be equipped with the Alkè cloud system which allows optimized waste collection management.

The system includes automatic fall-control valves, a double-acting hydraulic cylinder system for tilting the body, and stabilizing support feet that ensure maximum stability during unloading operations. Operation can be conveniently managed from the vehicle cabin or via remote control from the ground, offering maximum flexibility to the operator. To make collection even more practical, Alkè vehicles can be equipped with an electro-hydraulic bin tipper, compatible with 120, 240 and 360 liter containers. This device is designed to keep bins always in a vertical position and empty them automatically only when they reach the loading mouth. On request, a body cover sheet can also be integrated, useful for protecting the transported material. Another advantage is the reduced payback time: on average, an eco-friendly waste collection vehicle pays for itself in about three years, thanks to the absence of fossil fuel costs. The body is also available in the COMBI version of 2.2 or 2.8 m³, combined with a toolbox or a high-pressure washer, for an even more versatile setup.
