
Alke' technical and commercial training
Alkè organises theoretical and practical training sessions with its technicians for all sales network partners. Technical training is complemented by commercial training.
Participation in technical training will allow:
- Using and understanding vehicle operation
- Monitoring and repairing the vehicle
- Establishing a diagnosis following an electrical or mechanical failure of the vehicle
- Repairing the vehicle following an electrical or mechanical failure

Technical training for maintenance of Alke' electric vehicles
Alkè organises technical and practical training sessions at its factory. The courses are designed to enable sales network technicians to increase product knowledge and develop skills in maintenance and troubleshooting. During the course, Alkè technicians give an overview of the various models in the Alke electric vehicle range presenting the various models, available equipment and the explosion-proof ATEX versions. Both technical and commercial training explain the main features and the strengths of each one of the various models.

The main components of electric vehicles and how they work
As a result of the training courses organised by Alkè, dealer technical teams will be able to manage corrective and reactive vehicle maintenance. During the training, Alkè team explains the main components of Alkè electric vehicles: the types of battery available, their characteristics and advice for correct operation, the battery charger, its operation and the main error messages. During the session, they provide an overview of the motor and the regenerative braking system, as well as of the various display functions and the main errors.
The VBC (Vehicle Body Computer) for real-time diagnosis
Alke work vehicles can be equipped with a fleet management cloud platform. Through this device it is possible to have a real-time overview of the vehicles, remotely monitor their status and carry out diagnostics to intervene promptly in the event of malfunctions. During technical and commercial training, Alkè team details the operation of this platform, the data, and the reports that can be seen, as well as how to update the firmware display and the various functions that can be useful during remote assistance.

Technical documentation and servicing for Alke electric vehicles
Part of the training session involves the explanation of various service documentation including the spare parts list, service manual, service intervals, warranty conditions. Alkè technicians and trainees, who will have to deal with these aspects, look into all the documentation together, so that what needs to be checked during service and how often is clarified.
