Alkè electric vehicles for waste collection feature a hydraulic system designed to ensure safety and practicality during emptying operations. The system includes automatic descent control valves and double-acting hydraulic cylinders for tipping the waste body. It also features support feet to ensure lateral stability during unloading.
You can control operations directly from the cab or from the ground using a handheld remote control. This ensures simple and flexible management of all activities.
To make collection even more efficient, the vehicles can be equipped with an electro-hydraulic bin lifter. This system is compatible with 120, 240, and 360-litre bins. The mechanism keeps the bin upright during lifting. It then empties it automatically only when it reaches the loading mouth. A waste body cover is also available on request.
Thanks to their electric power, these vehicles help reduce operating costs related to fossil fuels. This promotes a rapid return on investment, to be evaluated based on use and running costs. The waste collection body is also available in the COMBI version. It can be combined with a tool box or a pressure washer to combine multiple functions in a single electric vehicle.
