It is a means of transport that to move uses only electricity. Electric vehicles can have different types of engine. For what concern the electric vehicles Alkè, they have separate excitation engine with a power of 6 kW and peak of 17.5 – 20 kW to allows operation even in presence of uneven land and 30%-40% slopes.
This energy is taken from the traction batteries wich are on board and that supply energy to the electric engine. The complete re-charge of the battery set, normally carried out during the night, takes place using the high frequency battery-charger present on the machine, this means it can be connected anywhere there is a common 220V socket. Alkè electric cars can be defined as multifunction transporters because are generally used for many applications: electric vehicles for good transportation, waste collecting vehicles both in private and public areas, electric vehicles for resorts and tourist villages, professional electric cars. |
